1. Sketch up your benchtop plans ensuring you include exact measurements for an accurate quote. See our example sketch here to help you along the way.

2. Once you’ve sketched your benchtop plans you’ll need to fill out the quote form attached.

3. Either email or drop into our showroom with your plans and quote form to receive a quote. Once you’re happy to proceed, let us know and we’ll put your order into production. Our turnaround is typically around 4 weeks.

Once you've placed your order with Newgrove, we'll contact you within 2-3 weeks to schedule a templating appointment. During this visit, one of our skilled fabricators will come to your home to take precise measurements of the area where your new benchtops will be installed. To ensure accuracy, please have your sink and hot plate on-site for this appointment.

After the templating is complete, your benchtops will be fabricated at our workshop. Once they're ready, we will arrange a time for the installation.

Following the installation, we'll provide you with a care kit and walk you through essential care and maintenance tips to keep your benchtops looking their best.
