A D roll profile is performed via our flow through postform machine at a 10mm x 10mm radius where the laminate sheet is heated at controlled temperatures, softened and then rolled from the top face of the benchtop over the front edge and underneath.

This profile edge eliminates the dark line you would typically see with a square edge profile where the two laminate edges meet as the laminate instead has been wrapped over and under, giving your benchtop a seamless and rounded look.
